Welcome to my blog =)
Hello there! I'm Ian Lemuel Caballes, people call me Ian, Lemuel or sometimes Lee. I am a 21 year-old Filipino college student, taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have so long been wanting to make something like this. thankfully, here it is. =)
Well, more about myself, I love travelling a lot, ever since i was an infant, my parents would already bring me along with them during their travels. Maybe also because my mom and dad's hometowns are extremely far from each other. Dad's hometown is in a little town called Laguna, in the far Northern part of the Philippines while mom's is in Butuan City at the far, South-Eastern part. They made sure, they spend fair share of time with their families at least once a year every year, this explains the frequency of our travels.
I love eating-though i look (and actually am) skinny LOL.
Because I grew up in a family of really great cooks, I learned to really really love cooking as well. Sometimes I spend time in the kitchen and find it really relaxing just to stay there and experiment in creating new recipes. Some of which already became my favorite. Sometimes I surf the net to look for easy recipes. LOL
I love music. I breathe it. I love singing and singing and singing LOL. One of my frustrations is playing any kind of musical instrument. I tried learning to play the guitar. Well, eventually, I dragged myself back to just singing and not to venture anymore with new stuff like playing any instrument. Consequently, I love being friends with people who can play the guitar. I simply stand in awe in front of people who are good at it.
I'm no superstar or some popular guy nor do I see something really special in me. I just talk a lot. I am a certified "technoid" I can't live without a computer. Because with it, I can express my creativity.
And just recently, Dad bought us a Canon DSLR. This actually opened another door for me to express my creativity - Photography - which is something I find really interesting even before. Later I'll be posting my very first peices. =)
I always see to it that I look at life in a beautiful perspective. because I always believe that happiness is a choice. Not somethingthat would just come knocking at you door. One word would sum it all - CONTENTMENT.
It's as if people around me find me really odd. I want to do a lot of things. when I was a kid, I always wanted to be a Doctor. But when I stepped into college, I found tons of interesting things that got me panicking! A few of these is dancing, singing, photography, cooking and baking. it is as if I want to do it all. LOL anyway, I'll be talking more in the next post.
